SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the applicant ’ s pre-trial detention on charges of armed robbery and other offences, from 9 December 2011 until 6 March 2015 (approximately 3 years and 3 months). Subsequently, he was placed in home arrest which measure was still in place when he introduced the application.
