QUESTIONS

1. Regard being had to the examination of the applicant ’ s case taken by the national courts on 30 September and 8 December 2015, may the applicant claim to be a victim of Article 6 §§ 1 and 3 (b) and (c) of the Convention, within the meaning of Article 34?

2. Has the applicant complied with the six months ’ rule, in so far as his complaint concerns the proceedings which ended with the judgment of 8 December 2015?

3 . The Government are requested to provide a record of the appeal hearing of 8 December 2015 before the Moscow Regional Court ( протокол заседания ) .
