SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns criminal proceedings against the applicant on charges of incitement to abuse of authority. The applicant complains under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention that the principle of equality of arms was violated because his request for presenting evidence had been dismissed.
