SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the adequacy of the investigations into allegations of sexual abuse committed to the detriment of the applicant, a minor. The case lasted from 2010 until February 2016 and culminated in the acquittal of the suspect. The applicant relies on Articles 3 and 8 of the Convention.
