FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicant, Mr Marcel Tinca , was born in 1990. He was represented by Ms I.M. Peter, a lawyer practising in Bucharest.
The applicant ’ s complaints under Article 3 of the Convention concerning the inadequate conditions of detention were communicated to the Romanian Government (“the Government”).
On 31 July 2020 the applicant informed the Registry that he wanted to withdraw the application to the Court .
THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, t he Court concludes that the applicant may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention).
