SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the applicant ’ s double prosecution for the same facts. In particularly he argued that by the final judgment of 20 March 2009 delivered by the Mure ș County Court and the final judgment of 10 January 2014 delivered by the T ârgu-Mureș Court of Appeal, the domestic authorities reached different conclusions concerning his criminal guilt for the same facts.
