SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns disclosure of sensitive medical data about the applicant and the refusal of the domestic courts to find a breach of her rights.

Following the applicant’s death on 4 November 2015, her son and successor, Mr I.B., informed the Court of his wish to continue with the application.

Has there been a breach of Article 8 of the Convention in the present case as a result of the disclosure of sensitive medical information about the applicant (see Z. v. Finland , no. 22009/93, §§ 60-114, 25 February 1997)?
