SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns inability to challenge before courts a disciplinary measure in the form of two-year hunting prohibition imposed by a hunting association on the applicant as its member.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1. Did the applicant have access to a court to contest the disciplinary measure in the form of two-year hunting prohibition imposed by a hunting association of which he was a member?
2. In the negative, has there been a violation of the applicant’s right of access to a court, guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see Lovrić v. Croatia , no. 38458/15, 4 April 2017)?
