1. Has the applicant been subjected to degrading treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention, given the manner in which he was presented in public handcuffed at the beginning of the investigation?

2. Has the applicant exhausted the effective domestic remedies at his disposal, in so far as he complains that part of the prosecution file was made public and extensively covered by the media?

3. Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to respect for his private life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, in so far as the publication of extracts of the prosecution file and the subsequent extensive media coverage of the case are concerned?
