Has the applicant been subjected to inhuman and degrading treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention on account of:

a) the material conditions of his detention and the fact that he was placed in cells with smokers in the Aiud , Gherla , Rahova , Jilava , Slobozia , Dej and Miercurea-Ciuc Prisons ;

b) the transport conditions he experienced when he was transferred between the said prison facilities ;

c) the alleged ill-treatment by the police during the criminal investigation opened against him;

d) the alleged lack of medical care during his pre-trial detention?
