QUESTION S T O THE PARTIES

1. What directions were given to the jury in the context of the first retrial from February 2009 to September 2009 on the subject of prejudicial reporting:

(a) at the commencement of the retrial;

(b) during the retrial;

(c) before the jury retired to consider its verdicts;

(d) at any other time?

2. Having regard to the media coverage following the verdicts handed down on 8 September 2008, did the first applicant have a fair trial by an impartial tribunal as required by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in the retrial on Count 1 before Mr Justice Henriques?
