QUESTION

1. Given that the confiscation proceedings were brought in the context of criminal proceedings, pursuant to section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1994, and that the applicant was not convicted of the offence of cannabis trafficking, was the judge ’ s decision in the confiscation proceedings compatible with Article 6 § 2 of the Convention (see, e.g., Minelli v. Switzerland , 25 March 1983, Series A no. 62; Böhmer v. Germany , no. 37568/97, 3 October 2002; and Allen v. the United Kingdom [GC], no. 25424/09 [GC], 12 July 2013 ) ?
