QUESTIONs TO THE PARTIES

Having regard to the procedural protection of the right to life (for the applicable principles, see for example Seidova and Others v. Bulgaria , no. 310/04 , § § 48-52, 18 November 2010 ), was the investigation by the domestic authorities of the death of the applicants ’ son in breach of Article 2 of the Convention? Did the applicants have at their disposal an effective domestic remedy in that regard, as required by Article 13 of the Convention?

The parties are requested to provide information on the course of the preliminary investigation in the case.
