QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

Were the conditions of the applicant ’ s detention at Yalova police headquarters compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?

In this connection, the Government are requested to submit information, supporting documents and photos or video footage which describe the conditions at the detention facility at Yalova police headquarters where the applicant was held, in particular, the capacity of the cell in which the applicant was detained and the number of occupants of that cell between 3 November 2013 and 7 January 2014, access to fresh air and daily exercise, hygiene conditions and the availability of regular medical support.
