QUESTIONS

1. Did the applicants have a fair hearing in the determination of their civil rights and obligations, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in the civil proceedings brought against them? In particular, did the domestic courts, in particular the Presidium of the Krasnodar Regional Court, give attention to the validity, credibility or relevance of all the evidence submitted and did their decisions provide adequate reasoning (see Suominen v. Finland , no. 37801/97, § 36, 1 July 2003 and Hirvisaari v. Finland , no. 49684/99, § 30, 27 September 2001)?

2. Was there a breach of the applicants ’ “right of access to a court” as guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention, having regard to the fact that their second cassation appeal was rejected with a reference to the principle of legal certainty (see Abramyan and Others , ( dec. ), nos. 38951/13 and 59611/13 , §§ 91 and 92, 12 May 2015 ) ?”
