Application no. 61221/13 Aleksandr Mironovich FALTS-FEYN against Ukraine and 5 other applications (see list appended)

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

All six applicants are debtors under domestic courts ’ judgments and are banned from leaving Ukraine by the domestic courts upon the motions of the Bailiffs ’ Service. They all complain abou t a violation of Article 2 of Protocol No. 4 of being restricted in their freedom of movement for their failure to pay judgment debts to private persons (see Ignatov v. Bulgaria , no. 50/02, 2 July 2009; Gochev v. Bulgaria , no. 34383/03, 26 November 2009; and Khlyustov v. Russia , no. 28975/05, 11 July 2013). Two of the applicants further complain under Article 8 of the Convention that they cannot respectively: visit his daughter residing in France (application no. 6122 1 /13) and reunite with his wife and son residing in the Czech Republic (application no. 2393/17).
