1. Does the recent judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the case of LH v Staatssecretaris van Justitie en Veiligheid (10 June 2021, C-921/19) give the Government cause to proceed to a reconsideration of the issues at stake in the present case?

2. What, if any, indications exist in the materials submitted to the Court in support of the Government’s argument ‑ put forward in their observations (§§ 139-140) but not raised in the national proceedings ‑ that the second applicant might be a Christian by birth?
