SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The applicant was convicted of having attempted to hire a contract killer to murder a third party. The ap plication concerns his complain ts that:
( i ) he was allegedly entrapped into committing the offence by agents provocateurs acting on the authorities ’ instructions;
(ii) Mr I., the undercover agent who was supposed to act as the killer, was not examined at the trial.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1. Did the applicant have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charges against him, in accordance with Article 6 §§ 1 and 3 of the Convention and in particular in the light of:
1.1. his allegation that he had been entrapped into committing the offence by agents provocateurs acting on the authorities ’ instructions ;
1.2. his complaint under Article 6 § 3 (d) of the Convention that I. was not examined at the trial ?
