QUESTION

Having regard to the applicants ’ allegations concerning the procedural and substantive difficulties they encountered after being granted refugee status, including the alleged difficulty to obtain any meaningful assistance before receiving a Tax Identification Number, has there been a violation of Article 3 of the Convention? What are the available means of assistance for persons who have been granted international protection status such as the applicants? Have the authorities taken measures so that the applicants be provided with accommodation and/or adequate living conditions, taking into account the fact that one of the applicants is a baby and its particular vulnerability?
