SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concern s the liv ing conditions of the first applicant and her baby, the second applicant, born on 6 March 2020 . The applica nt resides in Samos hotspot. The applicants requested interim measures under Rule 39 of the Rules of the Court, which were granted.

Having regard to the fact that the first applicant was pregnant at an advanced stage and, at a later stage, had a new-born baby , the second applicant, were their living conditions compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?
