STATEMENT OF FACTS

The applicants are Hungarian nationals, except for Mr Bruno Ibrahim, who is a national of France.

The facts of the case, as submitted by the applicants, may be summarised as follows.

The applicants assert in particular that they have been detained in crowded prison cells.

COMPLAINTS

The applicants complain under Article 3 of the Convention about the conditions of their detention, allegedly executed in overcrowded prison cells .

QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

Have the applicants been subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment on account of their cramped prison conditions, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention?
