The Committee of Ministers,

Having regard to the request formulated by the Government of

Spain that the report adopted on 30 June 1993 by the European

Commission of Human Rights in this case and the decision adopted by

the Committee under Article 32, paragraph 1 (art. 32-1), of the

European Convention on Human Rights, be made public,

Decides to make public the above-mentioned report of the

Commission as well as its decision, rendered at the 505th meeting

of the Ministers' Deputies (held on 6 January 1994), that there has

been in this case a violation of Article 5, paragraph 3 (art. 5-3),

of the Convention;

Decides to pursue the examination of the present case in

accordance with Article 32 (art. 32) of the Convention.
