T he applicant complains that he was infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus while in prison (he tested positive in November 2020). He blames his conditions of detention, particularly the prison overcrowding which prevented him from complying with the rules on so cial distancing.

Communicated under Article 3 of the Convention, with questions to the parties on the availability of domestic remedies in respect of the applicant’s complaint.
