FACTS AND PROCEDURE
The applicant, Mr Irakli Khoperia , was born in 1997.

The applicant ’ s complaints under Article 3 of the Convention concerning his alleged ill-treatment by police officers and the lack of an effective investigation into the incident were communicated to the Georgian Government .
On 19 February 2021 the applicant informed the Registry that he wanted to withdraw the application to the Court since the matter had been resolved at domestic level.
THE LAW
In the light of the foregoing, t he Court concludes that the applicant may be regarded as no longer wishing to pursue the application (Article 37 § 1 (a) of the Convention).
