Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986 subject to the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession. THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

16. Regulation (EEC) No 551/85 is hereby amended as follows:

'(Exacción reguladora reducida ACP/PTU)'.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1986 subject to the entry into force of the Treaty of Accession.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
