COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) N 1309/76 OF 3 JUNE 1976 SUPPLEMENTING THE ANNEX TO REGULATION ( EEC ) N 771/74 LAYING DOWN DETAILED RULES FOR GRANTING AID FOR FLAX AND HEMP THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAVING REGARD TO THE TREATY ESTABLISHING THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY , HAVING REGARD TO COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) N 1308/70 OF 29 JUNE 1970 ON THE COMMON ORGANIZATION OF THE MARKET IN FLAX AND HEMP ( 1 ) , AS LAST AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) N 814/76 ( 2 ) , AND IN PARTICULAR ARTICLE 4 ( 5 ) THEREOF , WHEREAS THE ANNEX TO COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) N 771/74 OF 29 MARCH 1974 LAYING DOWN DETAILED RULES FOR GRANTING AID FOR FLAX AND HEMP ( 3 ) , AS AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) N 1330/75 ( 4 ) , CONTAINS A LIST OF VARIETIES OF FLAX GROWN MAINLY FOR FIBRE IN ORDER TO DISTINGUISH THESE VARIETIES FROM THOSE GROWN MAINLY FOR SEED ; WHEREAS , AS A RESULT OF THE USE IN ONE MEMBER STATE OF A NEW VARIETY OF FLAX GROWN MAINLY FOR FIBRE , THE SAID ANNEX SHOULD BE SUPPLEMENTED ; WHEREAS THE MEASURES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS REGULATION ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPINION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR FLAX AND HEMP , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : ARTICLE 1 WITH EFFECT FROM THE 1976/77 MARKETING YEAR , THE VARIETY DATCHA SHALL BE ADDED TO THE ANNEX TO REGULATION ( EEC ) N 771/74 . ARTICLE 2 THIS REGULATION SHALL ENTER INTO FORCE ON THE DAY OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES . SUPPLEMENTING THE ANNEX TO REGULATION ( EEC ) N 771/74 LAYING DOWN DETAILED RULES FOR GRANTING AID FOR FLAX AND HEMP
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES ,
HAVING REGARD TO THE TREATY ESTABLISHING THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY ,
HAVING REGARD TO COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC ) N 1308/70 OF 29 JUNE 1970 ON THE COMMON ORGANIZATION OF THE MARKET IN FLAX AND HEMP ( 1 ) , AS LAST AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) N 814/76 ( 2 ) , AND IN PARTICULAR ARTICLE 4 ( 5 ) THEREOF ,
WHEREAS THE ANNEX TO COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) N 771/74 OF 29 MARCH 1974 LAYING DOWN DETAILED RULES FOR GRANTING AID FOR FLAX AND HEMP ( 3 ) , AS AMENDED BY REGULATION ( EEC ) N 1330/75 ( 4 ) , CONTAINS A LIST OF VARIETIES OF FLAX GROWN MAINLY FOR FIBRE IN ORDER TO DISTINGUISH THESE VARIETIES FROM THOSE GROWN MAINLY FOR SEED ; WHEREAS , AS A RESULT OF THE USE IN ONE MEMBER STATE OF A NEW VARIETY OF FLAX GROWN MAINLY FOR FIBRE , THE SAID ANNEX SHOULD BE SUPPLEMENTED ;
WHEREAS THE MEASURES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS REGULATION ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OPINION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE FOR FLAX AND HEMP ,
HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
ARTICLE 1
WITH EFFECT FROM THE 1976/77 MARKETING YEAR , THE VARIETY DATCHA SHALL BE ADDED TO THE ANNEX TO REGULATION ( EEC ) N 771/74 .
ARTICLE 2
THIS REGULATION SHALL ENTER INTO FORCE ON THE DAY OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES .
THIS REGULATION SHALL BE BINDING IN ITS ENTIRETY AND DIRECTLY APPLICABLE IN ALL MEMBER STATES .
