1. Under Danish legislation, notably Act no. 1454 of 25 November 2022 ( Udlændinges adgang til Danmark på grundlag af visum), w hich requirements must the applicant fulfil in order to re-enter Denmark, when the six ‑ year re-entry ban has expired?

2. Can the Government provide any examples where persons belonging to group 5, as set out in annex 2 to the said Act, have been granted re-entry to Denmark after having been expelled for a limited period of time?
