The application concerns the applicant company’s right of access to the Constitutional Court because its constitutional complaint was declared inadmissible as being lodged out of time.

QUESTION TO THE PARTIES

Did the Constitutional Court’s decision, rejecting the applicant company’s constitutional complaint as being lodged out of time, violate the applicant company’s right of access to a court as guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see Shuli v. Greece , no. 71891/10, §§ 24-27, 13 July 2017; Frida, LLC v. Ukraine , no. 24003/07, §§ 32-39, 8 December 2016; and Dumitru Gheorghe v. Romania , no. 33883/06, §§ 25-28, 12 April 2016)?
