Have the applicants abused their right of individual application, within the meaning of Article 35 § 3 (a) of the Convention, by not informing the Court of the developments which had occurred after the lodging of the application and of which the Court was informed by the Government in their observations on the admissibility and merits of the case, namely the applicants’ losing the property rights over many of the immovable assets affected by the interim measures the application concerns?
