JOINT CONCURRING OPINION OF JUDGES CABRAL BARRETO, MULARONI AND JOCIENE

We voted with the majority for a non-violation of Articles 8 and 14 of the Convention.

However, we consider that the case should have been rejected as being inadmissible under Article 35 §§ 1 and 4 of the Convention, the applicant not havi ng exhausted domestic remedies.

[1] A non-rounded (non-labial) back vowel which roughly corresponds to the Polish “ y ” or Welsh “ y ”.
