SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the living conditions of the applicants, a mother with a newborn baby at the time of lodging their application with the Court. They lived in a tent in the forest outside the Samos “hotspot”.

The applicants invoke Articles 3, 8 and 13 of the Convention.

QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES

1. Having regard to the fact that the applicants were a mother with her newborn baby, and that according to their allegations they did not have access to the required/appropriate healthcare, were their living conditions compatible with Article 3 and/or Article 8 of the Convention?
