SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The application concerns the living conditions of the applicants, a mother with a newborn baby at the time of lodging their application with the Court. They lived in a tent in the forest outside the Samos “hotspot”.
The applicants invoke Articles 3, 8 and 13 of the Convention.
QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES
1. Having regard to the fact that the applicants were a mother with her newborn baby, and that according to their allegations they did not have access to the required/appropriate healthcare, were their living conditions compatible with Article 3 and/or Article 8 of the Convention?
2. Did the applicants have at their disposal an effective remedy to complain about their living conditions, as required under Article 13 of the Convention?
