SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASES
The present applicants lodged constitutional appeals on 30 January 2016, 1 February 2017 and 16 March 2018, respectively, complaining about the outcome of civil proceedings concerning their reputation and property-related claims.
Relying on Article 6 they complain about the length of the proceedings before the Constitutional Court which appear to be still pending.
