SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASES
The applicants in the present cases lodged constitutional appeals on 2 February 2017, 29 August 2016, 24 November 2017 and 30 May 2016, respectively, complaining about various civil and administrative proceedings concerning their property-related claims.
On 31 March 2021, 3 November 2020, 26 May 2021 and 27 May 2020 the Constitutional Court dismissed the applicants’ constitutional appeals, which decisions were served on 22 June 2021, 18 January 2021, 18 July 2021 and 2 June 2021, respectively.
Relying on Article 6 the applicants complain about the length of the proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
QUESTION TO THE PARTIES
Was the length of the proceedings before the Constitutional Court in the present cases in breach of the “reasonable time” requirement of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention (see, for example, Oršuš and Others v. Croatia [GC] , no. 15766/03, §§ 108-10, 16 March 2010, an also Siništaj v. Montenegro [Committee], no. 31529/15, §§ 32-33, 23 September 2021)?
