FIRST SECTION

Application no. 51829/21 D.T. against Greece lodged on 15 October 2021 communicated on 31 October 2022

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the conditions of detention in Korydallos prison. Particularly, the applicant alleges that he does not receive adequate medical treatment, notably as regards his mental state of health (bipolar disorder) in that his requests to be examined by a psychiatrist in prison have remained unanswered. He invokes Article 3 of the Convention.

Under Article 13 of the Convention, the applicant denounces the absence of an effective remedy in this regard.

QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES

2. Did the applicant have at his disposal an effective domestic remedy for his complaint under Article 3, as required by Article 13 of the Convention?
