1. Were the conditions of the applicant ’ s detention in Simferopol Pre-Trial Detention Centre no. 15 and in Feodosiya Temporary Detention Centre compatible with Article 3 of the Convention?

2. Did the applicant have at his disposal an effective remedy for his complaint under Article 3, as required by Article 13 of the Convention?

3. Was the applicant deprived of his li berty between 7 February and 23 May 2006 in breach of Article 5 § 1 of the Convention?
