1. Did the applicant have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charge against him, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention? In particular, did the applicant have a real opportunity to contest the lawfulness of the evidence brought against him as concerns the manner in which and the moment when the interception was obtained, the authenticity of the tapes and the accuracy of the transcripts?

2. Were the transcripts of the conversations the decisive evidence in the case?
