Did the applicant s have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charges against them , in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention? In particular, was the use at the applicants ’ trial of Aleksandr Novoselov ’ s statement which had been obtained by a measure in breach of Articles 3 of the Convention (see Aleksandr Novoselov v. Russia , no. 33954/05 , §§ 59 ‑ 67 , 28 November 2013) in conformity with the requirements of fairness guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 ?
