(interview of 28 July 2003), as well as other former Croatian soldiers interviewed in 2003, about Å . (possibly N . Å . ) and B . (possibly V . or G . ) and their commanders I . M . and D . P . , being the alleged direct perpetrators of the abduction and killing of the applicants ’ close relative S . M . , been followed by the national authorities? If not, what were the reasons for that?
