Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to respect for his family life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention, on account of his placement in May 2007 in the Lad yzhynska correctional c olony notwithstanding his and his mother ’ s requests for his placement closer to his parents ’ home to facilitate their ability to visit him (see e.g. Vintman v. Ukraine (no. 28403/05 , §§ 101-104, 2 3 October 2014) ?
