QUESTIONS

1. Having regard to the questions contained in the Statement of facts and Questions to the parties, the Government are invited to comment on the recent developments, notably those referred to in the letter of the applicant ’ s representative of 27 March 2015, as well as on the related statements published on 22 April 2015 by Der Spiegel newspaper online ve rsion. The Government are also invited to submit comments on the present case in the light of the Court ’ s judgement in the case Al Nashiri v. Poland (no. 28761/11, 24 July 2014 ) .

2. T he Government are asked to submit a copy of the documents of the criminal file referred to in the letters no s . 716/C2/2012 of 19 October 2012 and 18 June 2013 sent by the Prosecutor Office at the High Court of Cassation and Justice to the Ministry of Fo reign Affairs, a copy of which were appended to the Government ’ s Observations of 11 December 2012 and 5 July 2013 .
