QUESTIONS TO THE PARTIES

1. Has the third applicant (see appendix of the chamber decision concerning the present case ) exhausted all effective domestic remedies, as required by Article 35 § 1 of the Convention in relation to the right on which he now wishes to rely before the Court?

2. Were the criminal proceedings against the applicants before the Fourth Section of the Audiencia Nacional in conformity with the applicants ’ right to a fair hearing before an impartial tribunal as guaranteed by Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
