SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE
The applications concern the prosecution of the first applicant for his anti-clerical statements and the liquidation of the applicant organisation (the second applicant) on the ground that the first applicant – who was its founder – was put on the list of persons suspected of extremism.
QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES
1. As regards the decision to prosecute the first applicant for his statements about the Russian Orthodox Church, was there a violation of Article 10 of the Convention?
