QUESTIONS

1. Have any steps been taken or decision adopted by the investigating authorities in connection with a criminal complaint lodged in April 2012 by lawyer Luka Šušak and the Serbian Community in Croatia, against Franjo Gregurić , a former prime minister of Croatia who was also the President of the Crisis Command of the Republic of Croatia and the main co-ordinator between the Sisak Crisis Command and the Crisis Command of the Croatian Government, on charges of war crimes against the civilian population where the list of victims included N.T., the applicant ’ s respective husband and father?

2. If an investigation has been opened upon the above-said criminal complaint, has it been effective as required under the procedural aspect of Article 2 of the Convention?
