SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the prohibition of a demonstration intended to urge the President of the Republic not to sign the Fourth Amendment to the Fundamental Law in March 2013.

QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES

1. Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to freedom of peaceful assembly, contrary to Article 11 of the Convention (see Szerdahelyi v. Hungary , no. 30385/07, 17 January 2012)?
