STATEMENT OF FACTS

The applicants are Croatian nationals. For the applicants ’ personal details, the names of their representatives and the details regarding the length of the impugned proceedings see the table annexed below.

COMPLAINTS

1. The applicants complain under Article 6 § 1 of the Convention about the length of the proceedings.

2. Relying on Article 13 of the Convention, the applicants in the applications no. 9849/15 and 38943/15 also complain that they did not have an effective remedy in respect of their complaints concerning the excessive length of proceedings.
