SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the alleged unfairness of criminal proceedings concerning a stampede at the nightclub “West Balkán ” on 15 January 2011. The final judgment was adopted on 12 April 2013 and served on the applicant ’ s lawyer on 3 June 2013.

QUESTION tO THE PARTIES

Did the applicant have a fair hearing in the determination of the criminal charge against him, in accordance with Article 6 § 1 of the Convention?
