SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns allegations about ill-treatment of the applicants by the police and the inadequacy of the ensuing investigation into their complaints which were finally rejected on 23 January 2015.

QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES

1. Have the applicants been subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention?
