SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns the complete removal, by operation of the law and as of 25 January 2015, of the applicant ’ s service pension, the right to which he had previously acquired on the strength of his service time at the police and of an accident suffered in service.

QUESTION tO THE PARTIES

Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to peaceful enjoyment of his possessions within the meaning of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (see Béláné Nagy v. Hungary [GC], no. 53080/13, ECHR 2016)?
