FOURTH SECTION

Application no. 41309/15 Dezsőné KOVÁCS against Hungary lodged on 13 August 2015

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CASE

The application concerns a prohibition imposed by the prosecution authorities on the applicant, detained on remand for fraud and other offences from 14 October until 29 May 2015, preventing her completely from maintaining any contacts with her husband and two minor sons. Her complaint was finally dismissed on 13 February 2015. The only form of maintaining authorised contact was that her third, youngest son, of 12 years of age, was allowed to send her parcels.

The applicant invokes Article 3 of the Convention.

QUESTION tO THE PARTIES

Has there been a violation of the applicant ’ s right to respect for her family life, contrary to Article 8 of the Convention?
