STATEMENT OF FACTS
The application concerns a migrant Ivorian national, allegedly 17 years old, accommodated for about four months in the Red Cross reception Centre (Rome) and then in reception Centre for minors “Villa Spada ” (Rome).
QUESTIONS tO THE PARTIES
1. Has the applicant been subjected to inhuman or degrading treatment, during his stay at the Red Cross reception Centre in Rome, in breach of Article 3 of the Convention?
2. Was the applicant deprived of his liberty, in the reception Centre for minors “Villa Spada ” during the age assessment procedure, in breach of Article 5 § 1 of the Convention?
